Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Place a rack onto a cookie sheet.
Step 3
In a large bowl, toss the Tyson® Chicken Wings (2 lb) with Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) , Paprika (1 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp) and Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Place wings on the rack in single layer and cook for 50-60 minutes until brown and crispy.
Step 4
Take wings out and let rest 5 minutes. Toss in your favorite sauce and serve right away.
