Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Place a rack onto a cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, toss the Chicken Wings (2 lb) with Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Paprika (1 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp) and Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Place wings on the rack in single layer and cook for 50-60 minutes until brown and crispy.
