Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Season
Shrimp (1 lb)
with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and set aside. Take a pan on the stove and soften the
Garlic (1 clove)
and
Onion (1/2)
with oil. Then, add
Tomatoes (2)
,
Italian Seasoning (1 tsp)
,
Chicken Stock (1/2 cup)
and stir it. Cook until half the liquid is reduced. It would take for four minutes. Then, add
Butter (2 Tbsp)
and let it melt. Add
Heavy Cream (1/3 cup)
and stir it for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, take another pan and cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes. Sert aside. Once the sauce is ready, add the shrimp and the cooked
Penne Pasta (2 cups)
. Add
Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
if preferred. Serve and enjoy!
