Bring a big pot of water t a boil, add some Salt (to taste). Add in the Spaghetti (13 oz), and cook according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, On a separate sauce pan, melt the Butter (1/2 cup). Then add in the Cream Cheese (1 cup), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Onion Powder (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Combine everything well until the cheese becomes sweet.
step 2 Meanwhile, On a separate sauce pan, melt the Butter (1/2 cup). Then add in the Cream Cheese (1 cup), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Onion Powder (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Combine everything well until the cheese becomes sweet.

Then, Whisk in the Evaporated Milk (2 cups) a little bit at a time. Add in the Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) and seasoned Shrimp (1 lb) to the sauce. Put the lid on and let it cook for about 4 minutes.
