Bring a big pot of water t a boil, add some Salt (to taste). Add in the Spaghetti (0.75 pound), and cook according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, On a separate sauce pan, melt the Butter (1/2 cup). Then add in the Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/4 teaspoon) and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Combine everything well until the cheese becomes sweet.
Then, Whisk in the Evaporated Milk (2 cup) a little bit at a time. Add in the Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) and seasoned Shrimp (1 pound) to the sauce. Put the lid on and let it cook for about 4 minutes.
Combine the spaghetti with the sauce and Serve!
