When I was a kid, my mom used to make prune whip for a treat or as a natural solution to relieve constipation whenever my brother and I were a little "backed up", but secretly, I LOVED it! I make it now that I'm a mama too!

Dried Pitted Prunes
1 cup
Filtered Water

Directions

Step 1
Place Dried Pitted Prunes (1 cup) in a medium size bowl and cover with water, just enough that all the prunes are submerged.
Step 2
Let sit and soak for 4 hours. Do not discard the water.
Step 3
After soaking, toss prunes and Filtered Water (1 cup) in a blender or food processor and whip em! Whip em' good! Continue until you achieve the desired consistency - pudding or whipped.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
