Cooking Instructions
1.
Soak Potatoes (1.5 lb) in ice water for about an hour. Drain them and slice them up.

Cover the potatoes with Alfredo Sauce (1 3/4 cups) and stir them in.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) with a 32x9 inch casserole dish with Butter (3 Tbsp) in it. When the butter is hot and smoky, take the dish out of the oven, and put in the potatoes. Season the top with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cover with Mozzarella Cheese (to taste). Sprinkle the top with Dried Parsley (to taste).

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Let it chill for a few minutes, then serve.
