Cooking Instructions

Take the Chocolate Cookies (9 oz) and crush them until nice and fine using a food processor or by placing them in a bag and crushing them with something heavy.

Place crushed cookies into a bowl and add in Melted Butter (3 oz) and mix until combined. Grease a slice pan and line it with some non-stick baking paper, then proceed to put cookie mixture in and using a flat bottom glass press the mixture down until nice, even and smooth. Place slice pan with mixture in a fridge until chilled.

In a sauce pan over medium heat place the Sliced Butter (3 oz) and let it melt until bubbling. Add in Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 1/2 cups) and Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1 cup). Using a wooden spoon mix all the ingredients until melted and smooth. Turn off the heat and add in the Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) then stir them through.

Spread the peanut butter mixture over the surface of the cookie crumbs and place the pan back into the fridge until the mixture has set.

Take the Dark Chocolate (2/3 cup) and place it in a microwave safe bowl and place it in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds. Take out and mix with a spoon then place back into microwave for another 20 seconds. Proceed to repeat this until the chocolate is nice and smooth. Pour melted chocolate over the surface of the peanut butter mixture and spread until nice and smooth. Place the slice pan back into the fridge, once chocolate has set you are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
