Step 1
Make the dressing: Combine Lemon (2 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (1/2 teaspoon), Garlic Paste (1/4 teaspoon), Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1 pinch), Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon), Fresh Oregano (1 teaspoon) in a bowl and whisk ’til smooth.
Step 2
Add Baby Arugula (1 bunch), Chili Pepper (to taste), Red Cabbage (1 bunch) and Greek yogurt dressing, mix, serve with toasted bread and sliced carambola. Serve and enjoy!
