Make the dressing: Combine juice from Lemon (1) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 tsp) , Garlic Paste (1/4 tsp) , Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , Cayenne Pepper (1 pinch) , Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp) , Fresh Oregano (1 tsp) in a bowl and whisk ’til smooth.
Step 2
Add Baby Arugula (1 bunch) , Chili Peppers (to taste) , Red Cabbage (1 bunch) and Greek yogurt dressing, mix, serve with toasted bread and sliced carambola. Serve and enjoy!
