Make the dressing: Combine juice from Lemon (1), Granulated Sugar (1/2 tsp), Garlic Paste (1/4 tsp), Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Cayenne Pepper (1 pinch), Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp), Fresh Oregano (1 tsp) in a bowl and whisk ’til smooth.
