Stir the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Milk (1/2 cup), Vanilla Greek Yogurt (1 carton), Ground Flaxseed (1 tablespoon), and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) together thoroughly in a big mixing bowl. Divide the mixture evenly among two mason jars.
Then stir the Mascarpone Cheese (1/4 cup) and Honey (2 tablespoon) together until smooth and divide that among the two jars on top of the oat mixture. Finally, spoon half of the Fig Jam (2/3 cup) into each jar on the very top. Seal the mason jars and refrigerate them overnight.
Serve in the morning or take it on the go!
