In a mixing bowl sift Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3 cups), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Butter (9 oz) and Milk (2 Tbsp). Using an electric beater mix until smooth.

Place a small amount of the frosting on top and gently spread, then dip each cupcake in the green Dessicated Coconut. Last, simply insert the decorate biscuits then serve and enjoy!
