Place Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 1/2 cup) in a zip lock bag and add a few drops of Green Food Coloring (to taste). Shake until the color is distributed evenly.
In a mixing bowl sift Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Butter (250 gram) and Milk (2 tablespoon). Using an electric beater mix until smooth.
Take the Chocolate Biscuits (12) and using White Chocolate (1 bar) to decorate the biscuits to your liking. Place them on the side to set.
Take Chocolate Cupcake (12) and make a narrow incision on one side of the cupcake just big enough to fit the biscuits. Place a small amount of the frosting on top and gently spread, then dip each cupcake in the green Dessicated Coconut. Last, simply insert the decorate biscuits then serve and enjoy!
