Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Watermelons (3 cups), juice and zest of the Lime (1), and Honey (4 Tbsp) in a blender and blend until liquid.
2.
Add the Fresh Basil Leaves (4) and blend until they are in small but visible pieces.
3.
Pour mixture into Dixie cups, and place on a baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and cut holes on top to insert the popsicle sticks so that they stand up straight.
4.
Place in the freezer for about two hours or until frozen. When ready to eat, dip each Dixie cup into warm water for a few seconds before tearing off of the cup to reveal the popsicle.
