Maybe, your Saturday should include making a really simple batch of Maple Granola? It travels pretty well, and it’s great prep for a coming meal this week that may or may not include fresh peaches. Give it a whirl. It takes barely any time to throw together, and you only have to turn on your oven.

2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
2 dash Maple Extract

STEP 1
Mix together the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cup), Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup), Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon), Coconut Oil (1 tablespoon), Pure Maple Syrup (2 tablespoon), Sea Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Maple Extract (2 dash) with your hands. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet.
STEP 2
Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Cool before storing.
