Using a double boiler, melt the White Chocolate Chips (2 1/2 cup), Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can), Butter (3 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and Salt (1 pinch).
Right before the chocolate chips have completely melted, add the Pistachios (1/2 cup) and Edible Dried Rose Petals (2 tablespoon).
Once the chocolate chips have melted completely, pour into a 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Top with additional pistachios, rose petals and salt if desired.
Place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours to set. Cut into squares and serve.
