Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Step 2
Pour Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups) , Sweetened Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup) , Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp) , Ground Cinnamon (3/4 tsp) and Salt (3/4 tsp) into a bowl and stir to combine.
Step 3
Mix Corn Oil (1/4 cup) and Honey (1/4 cup) in a smaller bowl. Pour it over the dry mixture and mix it in.
Step 4
Pour the mixture on a lined baking tray and spread evenly. Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Stir every fifteen minutes. Take out, add Raisins (1/2 cup) , let it cool and serve.
