Step 1
In a large bowl, add
Butter (1 stick)

Graham Crackers (14)

Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
, and mix it together. Take a 9 inch springform pan, place the crumbs in there and use hand to form a crust.
Step 2
Add
Cream Cheese (1 cup)
in a stand mixer and beat it well. Then, add
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add
Sour Cream (1 cup)
,
Vanilla Bean Paste (1/2 Tbsp)

Salt (1/4 tsp)
,
Lemon (1)
and mix it together. Add
Large Eggs (4)
one at a time.
Step 4
Pour it in the pan and bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 1 hour 20 minutes.
Step 5
Cool completely before putting it in the fridge for 6 hours.
Step 6
Take a saucepan and add
Raspberry Jam (1 cup)
and heat it up in medium heat. Toss together the jelly with
Fresh Raspberries (1 1/3 cups)
and pour on top of the cheesecake.
