Step 1
Bring a pot of Salt Water (to taste) to a boil, add Pasta (12 oz) and cook according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, add Butter (1/3 cup) , Cream (1/2 cup) , Lemons (2) , Salt (to taste) . and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and stir together until the butter is melted. Turn off the heat and add pasta, toss together, and stir in one-fourth of a cup or so of the starchy cooking water. Add Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and serve.
