In a saucepan over medium heat, add Butter (1/3 cup), Cream (1/2 cup), Lemons (2), Salt (to taste). and Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and stir together until the butter is melted. Turn off the heat and add pasta, toss together, and stir in one-fourth of a cup or so of the starchy cooking water. Add Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and serve.
