Cooking Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix together the Cornmeal (1 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Caster Sugar (2 tbsp), Baking Powder (1 tbsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Add Yellow Onions (1/2 cup) and stir to combine.

In a jug, whisk Milk (1 cup) and Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1) together. Add milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix until the combination is nearly combined, then stir in the Butter (4 tbsp).
3.
Using a small ice cream scoop, take some of the mixture and fry them over medium heat until golden brown on all side about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and place on a plate with paper towel.
4.
Serve and enjoy!
