Step 1
Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.
Step 2
In a medium heavy bottomed saucepan, combine
Evaporated Milk (2/3 cup)

Caster Sugar (1 1/2 cups)
,
Butter (2 Tbsp)
and
Salt (1/4 tsp)
. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow it boil for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat, stir in
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
,
72% Dark Chocolate (1 cup)
,
Almonds (1/2 cup)
and
Mini Marshmallows (2 cups)
. Stir fast for 1 minute or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
Step 4
Pour into prepared baking pan; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into desired pieces.
