Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.
In a medium heavy bottomed saucepan, combine Evaporated Milk (2/3 cup), Caster Sugar (1 1/2 cup), Butter (2 tablespoon) and Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow it boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), 72% Dark Chocolate (9 ounce), Almonds (1/2 cup) and Mini Marshmallows (2 cup). Stir fast for 1 minute or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
Pour into prepared baking pan; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into desired pieces.
