Mix the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2/3 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), and Vanilla Protein Powder (1 scoop).
Add the Natural Peanut Butter (1/2 cup) and combine with hands.
Stir in the Apple Sauce (1/4 cup) until a wet dough comes together.
Shape into balls and roll in the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste).
Lay on parchment paper and refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes. Serve as is or in yogurt. Enjoy!
