Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Tahini (1/3 cup)
Sea Salt (1/4 tsp)
Maple Syrup (1/3 cup)
Oats (1 1/2 cups)
Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp)
Mini Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup)
together in a large mixing bowl. Stir together until fully combined. Make sure the tahini is evenly spread throughout the cookies.
Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for ten to twelve minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool slightly then transfer to a cooling rack.
