Prepare your Lime (1/4 cup).
I wanted a smooth fudge, so I put the shredded coconut flakes in the food processor and pulsed it a few times to get the flakes even finer. Your choice.
In a large saucepan, put the Evaporated Milk (1 can), Granulated Sugar (1 2/3 cup), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
Then cook for 8 minutes, again stirring constantly so that the milk does not scorch at the bottom of the saucepan.
Remove from heat and stir in the lime zest, Lime Juice (2 tablespoon), Tequila (2 tablespoon), White Chocolate Baking Squares (12 ounce), White Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup), and Large Marshmallows (12).
Next, add in the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup) and stir until all incorporated.
Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and spread out evenly. Then place the pan in fridge until completely set, about 1-2 hours.
Cut into squares, eat, and enjoy!
