Canned Black Beans
, rinsed, drained
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Combine Canned Black Beans (2 1/3 cups), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp), Peanut Butter (2/3 cup), Honey (1/3 cup), and Baking Powder (1 tsp) in the container of a food processor. Process mixture until very smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in Dark Chocolate Chips (1 cup).
Roll dough into 2-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Press slightly to flatten.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
