Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine Canned Black Beans (1 3/4 cups) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp) , Peanut Butter (2/3 cup) , Honey (1/3 cup) , and Baking Powder (1 tsp) in the container of a food processor. Process mixture until very smooth.
Step 3
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in Dark Chocolate Chips (1 cup) .
Step 4
Roll dough into 2-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Press slightly to flatten.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
