Add the zest and juice from a Lemon (1), Dates (12), Cashew Meal (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Honey (4 Tbsp), Flaxseeds (4 Tbsp), Poppy Seeds (1 tsp), and Hemp Hearts (2 Tbsp) to a food processor and blend until well combined.

Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls (approx 24-28).
