Makes 14 servings. Store in refrigerator or freezer (according to your preference) for up to one week.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add the zest and juice from a Lemon (1) , Dates (12) , Cashew Meal (1 cup) , Oats (1 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Honey (1/4 cup) , Flaxseeds (1/4 cup) , Poppy Seeds (1 tsp) , and Hemp Seeds (2 Tbsp) to a food processor and blend until well combined.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls (approx 24-28).
Step 3
Add Cashew Meal (1/3 cup) to a small plate and roll each bite (should be somewhat sticky) into cashew meal to coat, then top with extra Poppy Seeds (1 tsp) .
Step 4
Put in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
