Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add the zest and juice from the Lemon (1), Dates (12), Cashew Meal (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Honey (1/4 cup), Flaxseeds (1/4 cup), Poppy Seeds (1 teaspoon) and Hemp Seeds (2 tablespoon) to food processor and blend until well combined.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls (approx 24-28).
Step 3
Add Cashew Meal (1/3 cup) to small plate and roll each bite (should be somewhat sticky) into cashew meal to coat, then top with extra Poppy Seeds (1 teaspoon).
Step 4
Put in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
