Add the zest and juice from a Lemon (1), Dates (12), Cashew Meal (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Honey (1/4 cup), Flaxseeds (1/4 cup), Poppy Seeds (1 tsp), and Hemp Hearts (2 Tbsp) to a food processor and blend until well combined.

Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls (approx 24-28).
