Step 1
Grind the
Oreo® Gingerbread Creme Sandwich Cookies (1 pckg)
in a food processor.
Step 2
Use a stand or hand mixture to combine the ground gingerbread oreos and softened
Cream Cheese (1 pckg)
until they create a dough-like consistency.
Step 3
Roll mixture into quarter size balls, about 1 tablespoon's worth, and place in airtight container lined with wax paper. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight to set or in the freezer for at least an hour.
Step 4
After the balls set, melt the
Gingerbread Candy Melts (1/2 cup)
,
Eggnog Candy Melts (1/2 cup)
, and
Dark Chocolate Candy Melts (1/2 cup)
in the Panasonic Microwave Oven separately. If too thick, add
Vegetable Oil (as needed)
one tsp at a time.
Step 5
Dip the balls into candy coating mixture until all covered. I use a fork. Once covered, remove and softly tap until excess candy melt falls off. Then place the balls on wax paper and add
Sprinkles (to taste)
.
Step 6
Allow to harden. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
