Mix the Mirin (1/3 cup), Soy Sauce (1/3 cup) and white Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup) in a small pot and heat on low until sugar is dissolved and sauce has thickened. Stir frequently to avoid burning.

Allow to cool before using.
