In a saucepan over low heat, add the Granulated Sugar (2/3 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Corn Syrup (2 Tbsp), Whole Milk (2 cups) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Mix everything until well combined.
