Mango
or 2 Small Mangoes

Peaches

Heavy Cream
•
3/4
cup
Granulated Sugar
•
to taste
Fresh Mint
Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut the Mango (1) and Peaches (2) into large chunks; put in a blender or food processor to puree.
2.
Mix the purée, Heavy Cream (3/4 cup), and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) in a large bowl.
3.
Put mixture in ice cream maker.
4.
After removing from ice cream maker, let it sit in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
5.
Garnish with Fresh Mint (to taste) when serving.
