Cut the Mango (2 cup) and Peach (2 cup) into large chunks; put in blender or food processor to puree.
Mix the puree, Heavy Cream (3/4 cup) and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) in a large bowl.
Put mixture in ice cream maker.
After removing from ice cream maker, let it sit in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with Fresh Mint (to taste) when serving.
