Step 1
Heat up approx
Canola Oil (1 Tbsp)
in a wok. When it starts to smoke, add
Ground Pork (1 lb)
. Stir-fry until fully cooked.
Step 2
Add
Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
,
Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp)
,
Water (1/4 cup)
, and
Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp)
. Mix well.
Step 3
Add
Corn Starch (1/2 Tbsp)
slurry for a thicker sauce. This is optional.
Step 4
Cut the
Silken Tofu (2 pckg)
into approximately 1 inch pieces, add to wok.
Step 5
Stir gently. Take the wok off the heat and leave it covered for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add
Scallions (1 bunch)
to garnish. Serve with rice.
