Heat up approx Canola Oil (1 tablespoon) in a wok. When it starts to smoke, add Ground Pork (1 pound). Stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add Soy Sauce (1/2 cup), Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoon), Water (1/4 cup), and Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon). Mix well.
Add Corn Starch (2 teaspoon) slurry for a thicker sauce. This is optional.
Cut the Silken Tofu (2 package) into approximately 1 inch pieces, add to wok.
Stir gently. Take the wok off the heat and leave it covered for about 5 minutes.
Add Scallion (1) to garnish. Serve with rice.
