Split the Pork Baby Back Ribs (1 rack) into two halves.

Season each side with Salt (to taste), Simply Organic® Black Pepper (to taste), and Simply Organic® Garlic Powder (to taste). Cover all sides with lots of Rib Dry Rub (to taste).

Baste all sides of the ribs liberally with the Sweet BBQ Sauce (1.1 lb).

Place slow cooker liner in to crockpot.

Place the ribs into the crockpot; bone side down.

Cover the ribs with more BBQ sauce. Don't forget to save some sauce for dipping! Cover the crockpot.

Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.

Preheat broiler at highest heat setting.

Remove ribs from the crockpot very carefully, they will want to fall apart so use two spatulas.

Baste a little bit more BBQ sauce on the top of the ribs.
