Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Put Bacon (10 slices) in a large ziplog bag one at a time.
3.
Add Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp). Toss to coat.
4.
Lay out bacon strips on parchment paper on baking sheet.
5.
Sprinkle a bit of Ground Black Pepper (to taste) on the top of each slice of bacon.
6.
Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, keep checking so it doesn't burn.
7.
Let it cool for about 15 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
