Cooking Instructions
1.
Add Heavy Cream (3/4 cup), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (4 Tbsp) to a mixing bowl. Whisk until you reach stiff peaks, about 4 minutes.

Spoon 1 tsp of Blueberry Jam (1/3 cup) into the bottom of each Dessert Cake Shells (6). Add a dollop of whipped cream, top with Fresh Blueberries (1 cup), and another dollop of whipped cream.
3.
Decorate with more blueberries and a dusting of Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Author's Notes
Makes 6 shortcakes.
If you’re dairy-free, you can substitute the whipped cream with coconut whipped cream instead. You can also swap out the blueberries for any other fruit as well!
