Place Cream Cheese (1 cup) in a medium-sized mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add Milk (1 Tbsp), Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp), Celery Salt (as needed), Garlic Salt (1 dash), Onion (1 Tbsp), and Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp). Mix well.
