Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp) and Water (3 Tbsp).
2.
Pour mixture into a 16-ounce mug or a heat-proof glass. Add Coffee (4 fl oz) followed by Peppermint Essence (1 1/2 Tbsp). Stir lightly.
3.
Fill the remainder of the container with Milk (12 fl oz). Stir lightly. Garnish with sweetened Whipped Topping (to taste) and Hard Peppermint Candies (to taste). Enjoy!
