In a small bowl, stir together Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp) and Water (3 Tbsp).

Pour mixture into a 16-ounce mug or a heat-proof glass. Add Coffee (4 fl oz) followed by Peppermint Essence (4 tsp). Stir lightly.

Fill the remainder of the container with Milk (12 fl oz). Stir lightly. Garnish with sweetened Whipped Topping (to taste) and Hard Peppermint Candies (to taste). Enjoy!
