Into a blender add the Frozen Mangoes (1 cup), Passion Fruits (2), Greek Yogurt (1 1/2 cups), and Pistachios (to taste). Process until creamy.

Transfer into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer instructions.

For a soft-served product, scoop it out right away. If you want it to have a bit more consistency, place it into your freezer for a couple of hours, then serve.
