Into a blender add the Greek Yogurt (350 gram), Passion Fruit (2), Frozen Mangoes (1 cup), and Pistachios (to taste). Process until creamy.
Transfer into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer instructions.
For a soft-served product, scoop it out right away. If you want it to have a bit more consistency, place it into your freezer for a couple of hours, then serve.
