In a food processor, place together the Almonds (2/3 cup), Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (1/3 cup), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup), Dates (3), Chocolate Plant-Based Protein Powder (1 scoop), Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp), and Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp).

Blend together until creamy, adding the Oat Milk (1 Tbsp) if needed for consistency.

Using your hands, form the dough into balls and roll the balls into some dry coconut. Now they are ready to go and can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
