Step 1
In a food processor, place together the Almonds (2/3 cup), Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (1/3 cup), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup), Dates (3), Tropeaka® Chocolate Pump Protein (1 scoop), Coconut Oil (1 tablespoon), and Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon).
Step 2
Blend together until creamy and , adding the Oat Milk (1 tablespoon) if needed for consistency.
Step 3
Using your hands, form the dough into balls and roll the balls into some dry coconut. Now they are ready to go and can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
