Freeze Dried Strawberries
1 cup
Raw Cashews
1 1/2 cups
Quick Cooking Oats
Gluten-free oats if you want gluten-free bites
1/4 cup
Agave

Directions

Step 1
Place the Freeze Dried Strawberries (1 cup) Raw Cashews (1 cup) and Quick Cooking Oats (1 1/2 cups) into a food processor or blender.
Step 2
Blend down into a fine powder.
Step 3
Transfer the powder to a bowl and stir in the Honey (1/4 cup) and the Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) until well combined.
Step 4
Use a small scoop or about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and press it together in your hand to form a ball. Set aside and do the same for the remaining mixture.
Step 5
Transfer to a plate or container and store at room temperature or in the fridge, depending on preference. Enjoy!
