Freeze Dried Strawberries (1 cup)
Raw Cashews (1 cup)
Quick Cooking Oats (1 1/2 cups)
into a food processor or blender.
Blend down into a fine powder.
Transfer the powder to a bowl and stir in the
Honey (1/4 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
until well combined.
Use a small scoop or about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and press it together in your hand to form a ball. Set aside and do the same for the remaining mixture.
Transfer to a plate or container and store at room temperature or in the fridge, depending on preference. Enjoy!
