Put fresh Fresh Cilantro (1 cup), Fresh Mint Leaves (1 cup), Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 cup), Garlic (3 clove), Green Chili Pepper (2), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon), and Peanuts (1/4 cup) into a blender.
Blend until a smooth thin paste is formed. Add as much Water (to taste) as needed to reach the consistency of a sauce. Check for seasoning, and adjust accordingly.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will keep for up to 4 days.
