Step 1
Put fresh Fresh Cilantro (1 cup) , Fresh Mint Leaves (1 cup) , Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 cup) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Green Chili Pepper (2) , Salt (1 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) , Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp) , and Peanuts (1/4 cup) into a blender.
Step 2
Blend until a smooth thin paste is formed. Add as much Water (to taste) as needed to reach the consistency of a sauce. Check for seasoning, and adjust accordingly.
Step 3
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will keep for up to 4 days.
