Cooking Instructions
1.
Put a nice amount of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed) in the pan. When the oil is nice and warm, put half the Onions (to taste) that you cut into small pieces.
2.
Put the Cherry Tomatoes (to taste). Use about 12 of them. Now it’s time to put some nice rosemary inside, just to give that beautiful taste to the sauce.
3.
Put the Shrimp (2.2 lb) into the White Wine (to taste) and Cognac (to taste) mixture. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
4.
Serve with some Fresh Parsley (to taste) and Fresh Rosemary (to taste).
