Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 2
Cut the
Bread (1 loaf)
in half lengthwise and lay the two halves next to each other on the sheet.
Step 3
In a small pot, heat the
Butter (3/4 cup)
up over medium-high heat to melt it.
Step 4
As it starts to melt and bubble, add the
Garlic (2 cloves)
and
Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig)
to the pot to infuse the butter with loads of flavor. Let it all bubble together for a minute, then take it off of the heat.
Step 5
Slather each half of the loaf with the butter mixture using a brush.
Step 6
Evenly distribute a half cup of
Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)
on each half of the loaf.
Step 7
Bake the garlic bread for 10 to 15 minutes to melt the cheese and bring out all of the flavors.
Step 8
Take it out and slice each half into 4 or 5 slices. Any leftovers can be sealed and frozen for later.
