Cooking Instructions
1.
Fill the champagne glass with ice and set it aside.
2.
Fill a mixing glass with Ice (to taste) and add Limoncello (2 Tbsp), Pinot Grigio (2 Tbsp), Frangelico (1 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1) and Simple Syrup (1 dash).
3.
Cover the tall glass with the cocktail shaker and shake it nice and hard for 1-2 minutes.
4.
Remove the ice from the champagne glass and pour the mixture using a small mesh strainer.
5.
Twist a lemon rind over the top and rub the flesh side against the rim of the glass. Drop it in before serving. Enjoy!
