Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil.
Lay Shrimp (1 pound) out on the sheet and toss them well with a generous sprinkle of Salt (to taste) and an equally generous drizzle of Olive Oil (to taste).
Make sure they are in a single layer on the sheet, then roast the shrimp for 10 minutes.
While the shrimp cooks, make the sauce. Stir the Ketchup (1/2 cup), Horseradish (2 tablespoon), and Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 teaspoon) in a bowl. Season it with a pinch of salt.
When the shrimp is done, serve it on a pretty platter or in martini glasses with the sauce! Enjoy!
