Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil.
Shrimp (1 lb)
out on the sheet and toss them well with a generous sprinkle of
Salt (to taste)
and an equally generous drizzle of
Olive Oil (as needed)
Make sure they are in a single layer on the sheet, then roast the shrimp for 10 minutes.
While the shrimp cooks, make the sauce. Stir the
Ketchup (1/2 cup)
Horseradish (2 Tbsp)
Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 tsp)
in a bowl. Season it with a pinch of salt.
When the shrimp is done, serve it on a pretty platter or in martini glasses with the sauce! Enjoy!
