In a hot grill without any oil place the Peach (2) and let them grill for approx 5 minutes or until they get black grill marks.
Once all the peaches are done set aside. In the same grill place the Sourdough Baguette (4 slice) and also let grill until golden and crusty.
Once done, build the bruschetta adding an abundant layer of Full-Fat Cream Cheese (250 gram), then a slice of Prosciutto (4 slice), and 2 or 3 slices of peach.
Once all the bruschetta are done, put them on a serving board or plate and drizzle the Balsamic Glaze (to taste) over each and serve immediately.
