Step 1
In a hot grill without any oil place the
Peaches (2)
and let them grill for approx 5 minutes or until they get black grill marks.
Step 2
Once all the peaches are done set aside. In the same grill place the
Sourdough Baguettes (4 slices)
and also let grill until golden and crusty.
Step 3
Once done, build the bruschetta adding an abundant layer of
Full-Fat Cream Cheese (1 cup)
, then a slice of
Prosciutto (4 slices)
, and 2 or 3 slices of peach.
Step 4
Once all the bruschetta are done, put them on a serving board or plate and drizzle the
Balsamic Glaze (to taste)
over each and serve immediately.
