Step 1
Juice the
Lime (1/2)

Wash the
Fresh Mint Leaves (1/4 cup)

Place the mint leaves,
Water (1 1/4 cups)
, lime juice, and
Agave Syrup (1 tsp)
into a blender and blend.
Step 4
Transfer the minty water into a jar and add the
Chia Seeds (1 tsp)
. Give it a stir and place into your fridge for a couple of hours or (even better) overnight.
Step 5
Enjoy your drink when needed. I also like to start my day with this water!
