Cooking Instructions

Juice the Lime (1/2).
Step 2
Wash the Fresh Mint Leaves (1/4 cup).
Step 3
Place the mint leaves, Water (300 milliliter), lime juice, and Agave Syrup (1 teaspoon) into a blender and blend.
Step 4
Transfer the minty water into a jar and add the Chia Seeds (1 teaspoon). Give it a stir and place into your fridge for a couple of hours or (even better) overnight.
Step 5
Enjoy your drink when needed. I also like to start my day with this water!
