Cooking Instructions
1.
Juice the Lime (1/2).
2.
Wash the Fresh Mint Leaves (4 Tbsp).
3.
Place the mint leaves, Water (1 1/4 cups), lime juice, and Agave Syrup (1 tsp) into a blender and blend.
4.
Transfer the minty water into a jar and add the Chia Seeds (1 tsp). Give it a stir and place into your fridge for a couple of hours or (even better) overnight.
5.
Enjoy your drink when needed. I also like to start my day with this water!
