For all of us, it's anything but business as usual. SideChef is a global team. We have offices both in San Francisco, California and Shanghai, China, and we have culinary partners and users in over 100 countries around the world.

As we witness the ways in which this health crisis affects humans across the globe, we've been hard at work to determine how we can best support you while you navigate the realities of coronavirus. From this, we will undoubtedly grow stronger as a community, and we're excited to share some of the initiatives we will be launching.

ICYMI, we've been releasing new original SideChef recipe content (like this one!), and introducing you to members of our team like Joy and Jonny. We plan to continue to publish recipes we've been testing, loving, and shooting (which will include fresh and diverse ingredients), in addition to developing more adaptable recipes that utilize pantry staples to their fullest potential. Also, did you know we are connected to AmazonFresh? Recipes + integrated grocery delivery are a social-distancer's best friend.

Over the last year, we've also revamped our editorial program, bringing you new kitchen tips, stories of well-loved traditions and recipes, perspectives from the restaurant world, and timely stories about family and immigration. We won't stop bringing you this kind of content; we want to continue to be a platform for all kinds of experiences. That being said, we're also publishing more social distance-friendly recipe collections and plan on delivering information, strategies, and essays that directly address these new circumstances.

We'd like to hear more about what this time looks like for you and what kind of support we can bring to your kitchen! What would you like to hear about, learn about, try for the first time? What might be comforting, bring hope, keep you distracted? Send questions, suggestions, or recipe requests to support@sidechef.com.

To our readers who have been with us for years, we see you, we're with you. For those of you just joining the SideChef community, a very warm welcome!
