As of January 31, 2020, Pickled Plum recipes will no longer be available on the SideChef platform. We understand this could be an inconvenience to those of you who have purchased one of her recipe bundles, and a full refund will be provided.
Depending on whether you have an iPhone or Android device, please check the refund instructions that are relevant to you below.
1. Submit a refund request directly through Apple by clicking here.
2. Select “I’d like to request a refund”
3. Enter the following: Developer has taken purchased content off the app. Developer has offered a refund.
1. Log into Google Play
2. Select “Account”, then “Order History” then find the item you want to request a refund for
3. Tap on the 3 dots and click on “Report a problem”
4. Select “I purchased this but didn't receive it”
5. In the description enter the following: Developer has taken the content off the app. Therefore I’d like to request a refund.
